Our Bergamot is produced by a family business that has been growing and harvesting citrus in this region for over a hundred years and who still harvests their entire crop by hand. They are deeply committed to supporting and protecting their traditional harvest and extraction methods of this high quality, sustainable citrus fruit. The peel from this slightly unripe fruit, is cold-pressed to produce an olive-green coloured oil that is uplifting, refreshing and balancing.

The very 'toe' of Italy's famed boot, the region of Calabria is famous for its citrus fruit. It is here where 90% of the world's Bergamot is grown that we source the very best Bergamot (Citrus aurantium var bergamia) to create an oil with a sweet, fruity aroma with a subtle spicy undertone.
