Transform Your Candle into an Essential Oil Burner 

Give your candle a second life with our Essential Oil Burner. After the candle has melted, transform your candle to an oil burner using the gunmetal lid and tealight candle holder provided. Transform your candle vessel into an ambient essential oil burner by following these simple steps.

1. To remove the remaining wax, simply wipe your candle out with hot water or place the jar in a freezer for 20 minutes to pop the wax out of the candle vessel.
2. Once your candle vessel is clean and dry, add the tealight candle holder and tealight candle to the vessel.
3. Light the tealight candle and place the oil burner lid on top of the vessel.
4. Add 10 drops of your favourite In Essence Pure Essential Oil with 5 drops of water
5. Extinguish the tealight and remember to allow the oil burner lid to cool before touching the oil burner lid. 

Caring for Your Naturally Scented Candle

• When using the candle for the first time, leave it to burn for 2 or 3 hours, until the wax has become liquid on the surface. Light your scented candle within two months of purchase for optimal freshness.
• Create a draft-free environment by closing windows and doors to maintain a clean and consistent burn.
• To prevent soot and smoke, regularly trim the candle wick to approximately 6mm.
• Maintain its pristine appearance by gently wiping surfaces with a dry, clean, soft cloth to remove any dust or fingerprint marks. 

Candle Safety

Our candles are designed for your wellbeing, sensory indulgence and to elevate your space. However, safety should never be compromised. Keep safe with our candle safety guidelines.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
• Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings.
• Only burn candles on a safe, level and heat resistant surface.
• Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time.
• Extinguish flame after use.
• Glass and oil burner lid may become hot.
• Store below 30 degrees.
• Do not touch candle oil burner lid when in use.
• Leave oil burner lid to cool after use.
• Trim wick to approximately 6mm before each use.
• May cause skin irritation.
• Please exercise caution and avoid touching the burner while the candle is lit to prevent burns.
