Stress & Nervous Tension:
Vaporise 3 drops in total of Lavender, Orange & Mandarin
Ready to Use Product – Lavender Body Oil.
Common Cold:
Vaporise or Spritz 3 drops in total of Lavender, Eucalyptus & Lemon
Ready to use Product – Breathe Easy Oil Blend
Arthritis:
Massage 3 drops in total of Lavender, Roman Chamomile & Lemon in 12ml of Sweet Almond
Restless Sleep:
Vaporise or use an Aromatic Tissue with 2 drops in total of Lavender & Mandarin

Dry Cracked Skin:
Massage 3 drops in total of Lavender in 12ml Sweet Almond Base Oil

Other Suggestions:
Bench wipes: Use Eucalyptus and Lemon to clean surfaces and wipe down benches. 2 drops of each in 100ml tap water. Agitate water before immersing cloth into solution.

Method of Use:
Vaporisation: Fill the In Essence Vaporiser with water and add 3 drops in total of essential oils.
Massage: Add 3 drops in total of essential oils to 12ml of Sweet Almond base oil.
Tissue: Add 1-2 drops in total of essential oil onto a tissue and place inside a pillowcase or pocket.
Spritz: Add 3 drops in total to 100ml Spritz bottle filled with water and shake vigorously. Spray surrounding air, avoiding eye area.
