Methods of use:

Steam Inhalation: Try steam inhalation for treatment of a dry cough, irritated throat, or blocked sinus. Simply add 2 drops of essential oil into a bowl of steaming water and inhale the healing and aromatic vapours.

Massage: Mix 6 drops of Pure Essential Oil to 12ml of a carrier oil to promote sleep and relieve pain points if continual coughing has caused a strain on the body. Massage at night to build immunity and stop a cold from developing further into something more serious.
